Bu politika, Paneliva hizmetini kullanırken hangi verilerin toplandığını, neden toplandığını, kimlerle paylaşıldığını ve nasıl silinebileceğini açıklar.

1. Topladığımız veriler
Hesap verileri. Panele kaydolan kullanıcıların adı, e-posta adresi ve hesap rolü.
Ajans müşterisi verileri. Ajansın panele eklediği işletmelere ait firma adı, unvan, iletişim e-postası, telefon, açık adres, vergi bilgisi, web sitesi adresi ve sosyal medya hesap adresleri ile bu işletmelerin bağladığı platformlardan okunan pazarlama metrikleri.
Bağlı platform verileri. Ajans müşterisinin kendi izniyle bağladığı reklam ve analiz hesaplarından okunan ölçüm verileri. Paneliva bu hesaplara yalnızca okuma yetkisiyle erişir ve bu hesaplarda içerik oluşturmaz, değiştirmez veya silmez.
LinkedIn bağlantısı kurulduğunda yalnızca reklam hesabı ve reklam performans raporlaması verileri okunur. Kişisel profil verisi, bağlantı listeleri ve mesajlar okunmaz; LinkedIn adına içerik yayınlanmaz.
Web sitesi üzerinden toplanan veriler. Web sitemizdeki ücretsiz görünürlük kontrolünü kullanan ziyaretçilerin girdiği web sitesi adresi ve e-posta adresi.
Oturum ve işlem kayıtları. Güvenlik ve hata teşhisi amacıyla tutulan sistem günlükleri. Bu kayıtlar IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisi (user agent) içerir: oturum kaydında ikisi birden, işlem günlüğünde IP adresi, teklif imzası kaydında tarayıcı bilgisi.
2. Neden topluyoruz
Verileri yalnızca hizmeti sunmak, raporları üretmek, aboneliği yönetmek, güvenliği sağlamak ve yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek için kullanırız.
Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara devretmiyoruz.
Paneliva, potansiyel müşterilere SMS, WhatsApp veya toplu elektronik posta göndermez. Panel, iletişim bilgisi bulabilir; iletişim kurma kararı ve eylemi tamamen ajansa aittir ve ajans kendi kanallarını kullanır.
3. Yapay zekâ kullanımı
Paneliva, aylık raporların metinlerini ve yapay zekâ görünürlük ölçümünü üretmek için üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ servislerinden yararlanır.
Rapor üretimi ve görünürlük ölçümü için kullandığımız yapay zekâ ve veri sağlayıcıları şunlardır: OpenAI, Anthropic ve DataForSEO (Perplexity ve Google AI Mode sorguları DataForSEO üzerinden yapılır). Google Gemini'nin altyapısı hazırdır, ancak bugün kullanılmamaktadır.
Bu servislere gönderilen içerik, rapor üretimi için gereken pazarlama metrikleriyle sınırlıdır. Gönderilen veri kalemleri şunlardır:

LinkedIn ve TikTok hesaplarından okunan veriler yapay zekâ servislerine gönderilmez; bu veriler yalnızca panelde gösterilir.
Ajanslar dilerse kendi API anahtarlarını bağlayabilir; bu durumda ilgili çağrılar doğrudan kendi sağlayıcı hesapları üzerinden yapılır.
4. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
Verileri yalnızca hizmetin sunulması için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla paylaşırız. Güncel liste Alt İşleyen Listesi'nde yayımlanır ve değiştikçe güncellenir.
Bugün platform üzerinden canlı bir ödeme tahsilatı yapılmamaktadır. Ödeme altyapısı devreye girdiğinde, kart bilgileriniz güvenli bir bağlantı üzerinden alınır ve yetkili ödeme kuruluşuna iletilir; tarafımızda yalnızca işlemi tanımlayan bir referans (token), kartın son dört hanesi ve kart tipi saklanır. Kart numarası ve güvenlik kodu (CVC) sistemlerimizde saklanmaz.
5. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
Panelde otomatik olarak uygulanan saklama süreleri şunlardır:

Hesabınızı kapattığınızda verileriniz, yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla silinir.
6. Güvenlik
Veriler şifreli bağlantı üzerinden iletilir. Hesap parolaları geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır (hash). Platform erişim anahtarları şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır. Kullanıcılar yalnızca kendi ajanslarına ait verilere erişebilir; ajanslar arası veri erişimi sistem düzeyinde engellenmiştir.
Platform yöneticisi hesapları için iki faktörlü kimlik doğrulama zorunludur. Kritik işlemler (silme, plan değişikliği, kimlik bilgisi güncelleme gibi) denetim günlüğüne kaydedilir ve bu kayıtlar değiştirilemez.

9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellendiğinde sayfanın altındaki güncelleme tarihi değiştirilir. Önemli değişikliklerde panel üzerinden bilgilendirme yapılır.

This policy explains which data is collected when you use the Paneliva service, why it is collected, who it is shared with and how it can be deleted.

1. Data we collect
Account data. The name, email address and account role of users who register for the panel.
Agency client data. For businesses that an agency adds to the panel: company name, legal title, contact email, phone number, postal address, tax details, website address and social media profile addresses, together with the marketing metrics read from the platforms those businesses connect.
Connected platform data. Measurement data read from the advertising and analytics accounts that the agency's client connects with its own permission. Paneliva accesses these accounts with read-only permission and does not create, modify or delete content in them.
When a LinkedIn connection is set up, only ad account and ad performance reporting data is read. Personal profile data, connection lists and messages are not read, and no content is published on LinkedIn on your behalf.
Data collected through our website. The website address and email address entered by visitors who use the free visibility check on our website.
Session and activity records. System logs kept for security and error diagnosis. These records contain the IP address and browser information (user agent): session records contain both, activity logs contain the IP address, and proposal signature records contain the browser information.
2. Why we collect data
We use data only to provide the service, produce reports, manage subscriptions, keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Paneliva does not send SMS, WhatsApp or bulk email messages to prospective customers. The panel can find contact details; the decision to make contact, and the contact itself, belong entirely to the agency, which uses its own channels.
3. Use of artificial intelligence
Paneliva uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate the text of monthly reports and to measure AI visibility.
The artificial intelligence and data providers we use for report generation and visibility measurement are OpenAI, Anthropic and DataForSEO (Perplexity and Google AI Mode queries are made through DataForSEO). The infrastructure for Google Gemini is in place, but it is not in use today.
The content sent to these services is limited to the marketing metrics needed to generate reports. The data items sent are:

Data read from LinkedIn and TikTok accounts is not sent to artificial intelligence services; this data is only displayed in the panel.
Agencies may connect their own API keys if they wish; in that case the relevant calls are made directly through their own provider accounts.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to deliver the service. The current list is published in the Sub-processor List and updated whenever it changes.
No live payment collection is carried out through the platform today. When the payment infrastructure goes live, your card details are transmitted over a secure connection to an authorised payment institution; we retain only a transaction reference (token), the last four digits of the card, and the card type. Your full card number and security code (CVC) are never stored in our systems.
5. How long we keep data
The retention periods applied automatically in the panel are:

When you close your account, your data is deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Account passwords are stored in an irreversible form (hash). Platform access keys are stored encrypted. Users can only access data belonging to their own agency; access to data across agencies is blocked at system level.
Two-factor authentication is mandatory for platform administrator accounts. Critical operations (such as deletions, plan changes and credential updates) are recorded in the audit log, and these records cannot be altered.

9. Changes
When this policy is updated, the update date at the bottom of the page is changed. For significant changes, we notify users through the panel.
